Delivery days for specialist couriers are usually Mon–Fri.

Usually shipped with DPD Local, DPD or DHL. We may use other providers when appropriate.

Holiday period notices
Ordering over Christmas
The website remains open for orders throughout the holiday season. Our office and warehouse will be closed from 24th Dec – 28th Dec. Orders placed during this period will be shipped the week commencing 29th Dec.
Dolls House Kits
Some kits (Streets Ahead & Dolls House Emporium brands) ship directly from the manufacturer. Any kit ordered 18th Dec – 4th Jan will be shipped the week commencing 5th Jan.
Gift Vouchers
Last issue date for e-gift vouchers is 23rd Dec. Last posting date for physical gift vouchers matches our regular order deadlines above.
Terms
The fine print
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). From time to time, delays in dispatch can occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery time estimates given for each service are guidelines only; postal events beyond our control — such as customs processing, postal strikes, and adverse weather — may affect delivery speeds. We cannot guarantee delivery times unless previously agreed. If your goods are required urgently we recommend upgrading to an Express Delivery option or contacting us to discuss your requirements. Express orders placed before 1pm GMT will be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability.
Please ensure there will be someone available to receive the parcel at the delivery address, or that there is a safe place where parcels can be delivered securely. If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carrier's), we will charge a redelivery fee which must be paid before re-sending the order. Minimum World is only responsible for the safe delivery of goods up until the point at which they are successfully delivered to the address provided.
Please note that delivery instructions cannot be acted upon and we are unable to add them to your order.
All of our parcels are shipped from England, UK. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your government. You will be informed by the carrier of any applicable charges when the parcel reaches your destination, usually payable before release. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes — we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
