ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam email folder first and if you still have not received it then please contact us. Please note, this email acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (which we may refuse for any reason). By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.

If paying by debit/credit card or PayPal, then payment for your order will be taken at the point of checkout. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. As soon as successful payment has been received by us, your order will then be picked and packed in preparation for despatch. If we accept your order then an email confirmation with the final order details of what is being despatched, with any applicable amendments will be issued at the point of shipment, at which point the contract between us will be formed.

If you have made a mistake with your delivery address or wish to cancel the order you have placed, please email info@minimumworld.com immediately. We will do our best to make any essential amendments to your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend the order before despatch. You may be able to return your products under these terms and conditions or under our Trade Returns Policy.

We are unable to make additions or amendments to the products ordered after checkout has been completed and payment has been taken.

We reserve the right to amend orders due to stock availability. We will always contact you if there are any differences between the order you have placed and what will be delivered.

These terms and conditions, and any contract between us, are only in the English language. Please note that we may not necessarily keep a copy of your contract. You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.

We reserve the right to refuse custom to any person/s who have been deemed harmful to our business or staff and any orders made from such individuals may be automatically cancelled and refunded in full. In this event, any such individual/s affected would be informed about our decision by email. Decisions are final and irreversible. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, the following: repeatedly contacting Minimum World Ltd or its staff using explicit or offensive language; false claims of non-receipt of orders; payment chargebacks on orders which have been rightfully delivered.

Pre-orders for special quantities or bespoke items will require a 50% non-refundable deposit paid in advance and the items will be non-returnable.

PAYMENT, PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

We accept payments through PayPal or by debit/credit card (cards currently accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), payment through these methods will be taken at the point of checkout. We will only accept cheque payments from customers with UK billing addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) and UK bank accounts in GBP (Pound Sterling). Orders being paid for by cheque will not be despatched until a valid cheque has been received and processed by Minimum World Ltd.

We accept payment in GBP, EUR, USD and AUD. Prices will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted (please read the ORDER ACCEPTANCE section in these Terms for more information on what constitutes as an “accepted” order). All prices shown on the website during the checkout process at the time of order are the prices that will be charged, except in the event of a pricing error.

In the event of a pricing error Minimum World Ltd reserves the right to correct the price with immediate effect and any products ordered at an incorrect price, on orders which have not yet been accepted and despatched by Minimum World Ltd, will be cancelled and refunded. If we accept and despatch your order where there is a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable and which could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund to you any sums you have paid under the contract and require the return of any products provided to you.

If you wish to apply a valid discount code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired. Any discounted or promotional pricing will be subject to the additional criteria quoted with the promotion or issued with the discount code.

Codes displayed on our retail website will NOT be valid for trade account holders.
