Which products are trade price?
All products on our trade website are at trade price and available for order.
Can I purchase something non-trade?
Yes. You can either create a separate order on our retail website (you must use a different email) or please email us your request. We can then combine these orders.
How do I create a Trade account?

To become a Trade customer you have to be approved. Please Register an Account and we will get back to you.

I have a retail account, can I login with these details?
No. You will require a separate account for our Retail website and Trade website. You must NOT use the same email address for both accounts.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, and we also accept payment via PayPal. We do not accept payment by bank transfer...
Do you accept bank transfer?
Apologies as we do NOT accept bank transfer orders at this time.
Can I pay with a credit option? eg 'PayIn3'
We currently offer PayPal credit options. These include PayIn3, PayLater and Paypal Credit
What currencies can I place my order in?
We accept payment in GBP, USD, AUD and EUR. You can change the currency by clicking on the flag in the top right corner of our website.
